We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications, materials and availability at any time without prior notice. Any performance, measurements or specification particulars are offered in good faith but are intended to be approximate and for purposes of guidance only. We cannot guarantee that images used on this website are accurate in respect of colour and detail.

All products are intended for domestic use only.

Please ensure you check item dimensions and specifications before ordering.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of the order.

Access

You are responsible for ensuring that there is a clear access prior to delivery.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order for a full refund to your card at any time before the item has been dispatched please email info@foxliving.co.uk or telephone 08454750071. If the item has already been dispatched, please see the returns policy below.

Return policy

Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign. Please contact us directly at : style@foxliving.co.uk.

Missing items on delivery:
Please check all goods that are delivered to you and only sign for the items you have received. We cannot be held liable for missing goods that have been signed for.

Damages:
All orders must be checked at the time of delivery and if you feel there may be any damages to your order please sign for this as damaged. You must check all items and parts of items for damage prior to assembly.

Any items found to be damaged must be notified to us within 7 days via e-mail, fax or in writing to :

We will require you to return the damaged/faulty item/goods together with your customer order details, once received the items will be checked and replacement/refund issued.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
Any unwanted/wrongly ordered goods must be returned in the original unopened packaging they arrived in within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us. We will charge a L40 re-stocking fee for all unwanted returned items. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery

Delivery is usually within 7 to 21 days. If you provide us with an email address then You will receive an email notification advising you of an estimated delivery date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery terms you can email us within 24 hours of receipt of the email to cancel your order for a full refund.

We can only deliver to mainland UK only, certain areas may incur a higher delivery charge, you will be advised of this before any items are dispatched.
